Ordering Information
How to order Online (24 hours a day, 7 days a week):
Ordering online is safe, easy and convenient. Once you have decided
upon a product or products, click the "Add to Cart" button or
buttons. When you have finished shopping for one or multiple
products, click "Proceed to Checkout" and fill out billing and
shipping information and submit your order.
Sales Tax
Orders to be billed or shipped to California & Texas will be charged
the applicable sales tax.
Shipping
We only use UPS, since other carriers irradiate packages.
Irradiation destroys the nutrient content of our Living Source Super
Foods.
Regular UPS Ground Shipping on orders under $100 is
$7.95.
Regular UPS Ground Shipping on orders over $100 is $13.95
SORRY! We CANNOT ship to PO Boxes.
Standard
Delivery
The UPS delivery person may leave the package without a signature if
he/she feels that it is safe to do so.
Delivery Time is 3-10 days.

Orders placed Monday through Wednesday ship
within 48 hours.

Orders placed Thursday ship no later than
Monday.

Orders placed Friday ship no later than Tuesday.

Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship no later
than Wednesday.
UPS shipping charges are not refundable.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Paypal.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction 100%. If you are not happy for any
reason, return your unopened purchase within 30 days from the
date we shipped, and we will exchange or refund your money. There
will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
To return any item, the item must be shipped UPS.
We will not accept returns sent via the US Post Office or Fed Ex
since these carriers are now irradiating each package which destroys
the life force in our whole food nutraceuticals. Shipping and
handling charges are not refundable.

product or products and whether you are returning or wishing to
exchange and for what other product or products. You will then
receive the return address and instructions. All returns and
exchanges must be sent via UPS only.
